I had one as a teenager in the 80s. Now lost to time, but I loved this. A lot of my lifelong musical taste evolved through this unit.

I own one! Get this: I picked it up for *free* at a Christian community food pantry. The very moment I first turned it on, I was *blown* away with how GREAT it sounds. I couldn’t believe it! I was even more surprised to find online that it’s from 1985/86, and still worth a remarkable amount of money! Couldn’t believe that, either! The input jacks are great, too - perfect for connecting my old iPhone up to it to play my KZfaq Music app playlists through it! Tape counter doesn’t work, though. Neither does the tape deck 2 tape “direction” change button. Otherwise, this thing is truly marvelous and a real blast from the past. Oh, and even without batteries, it’s way more heavy than it looks. So glad to find this video of it!! Thank you!

Anyone know what the track being played at 7:05 is, placed it into a few music recognising engines and no result. Looked at "Hits 88" on discogs and no matching albums or comps either.

It's a great track and it's: Nitro Deluxe - Let's Get Brutal. I think this version is the original US Version.
