I am setting up my MirAi app. But while searching for device! It shows one device found but says this device can't be connected, plz contact customer support. When I contacted them they said It's and IOT problem by their side. But now it's been few days. The problem isn't fixed. I doubt whether there's a problem in my unit. Do you face the same issue now? It would be helpful if you can try reconnecting your AC with Mirai app. And tell whether it's actually an server issue on not.

Hi Bro Does this smart ac have feature to set multiple timers like scheduler ? Example: i want ac to schedule 2 timings for night First timer: 10PM TO 1AM Second timer: 4am to 7am Ac should turn off at 1am automatically and then start at 4am auto Aisa smart feature hai ??

I purchased this ac from a local shop dealer and i am having the worst experience ever. Motor stopped working after 20 days, water is leaking from the outdoor unit. Indoor unit make turbulence sound and outdoor unit sounds like a cooler. Overall 0 star from my side. I was confused among Lg and panasonic and just because there are lot of videos which are saying that panasonic is best , i thought to give it a try but i am having terrible experience, waste of money. I had purchased LG and that is what i would recommend everyone. Lg is much better.

Same Model Numbers hai Online - Offline. Ye wala Smart AC ka design hai. And Non smart AC ka Design alag hota hai thoda. Amazon pe jo Photos hote hai Vo sahi nahi hai, same photo sab model me daal dete h vo log

Vese 2 hi Jagah hai and Ek wall ke center me par Copper pipe waha at least 6-7 meter jayga aur dusra uske pass wali wall pe par corner se 12 inch dur, aur vaha almost 3 meter pipe me ho jayga,

There is nothing like syncing. Just install mirai in other phone and login with same id password and you will find you AC online

Service center nahi hota hai, kyuki ac ko khol k nahi lejana hota. Onsite service hoti hai and panasonic k bande aate hai ac k parts repair ya replace karne

@@TheGadgetMasala alright, par maine jab Panasonic se pucha to koi reply nahi aaya kyon ki i don’t think unka khud ka brand banda hoga. Koi third parry authorised logo se jarwata hoga kyon ki agar hota to itna kya hesitation. Lg ka khud ka hai, voltas ka to ho ga hi woh to local hain. Jitna maine twitter khol ke dekha hain usse to kuch accha feedback nahi mil raha. Voltas ka bhi kuch khas nahi hai users review aur feedback after sales service. Agar brand response hi nahi karega customer ka complaint auur questions ka to kya fayda itna risk lene ka. Also I’m not too sure about you saying that ac’s ka service centers nahi hota. I’ll have to ask the brands when i purchase. Anyways nice to know

1) your remote showing different from ours. Which model you are using. Did you but remote seperately? Because the default remote really sucks 2) does it shows ROOM TEMPERATURE like other ACs shows. Because it feels blind without showing current room temperature.

I have bought the same model. But I am facing an issue after installation. Front swing does not work at the time of installation. I registered a call a technician came. After checking it, it was recognized that a minor motor problm. But at the time of fixing the motor, again It was recognized it was PCB problem. What should I do now? Though they have said to chage the PCB board.

Bro Your Firmware is v1.75, My AC 2021 HU model I Upgraded my Firmware to v2.09 then Jetstream & Eco Navi Features Will No Longer Work.. But AI Performance & Power Consumption Are Better.. My Suggestion is don't upgraded Firmware with Curiosity.. They Completely Remove Some Features with Firmware Upgrade easily..

FIrstly People are saying that Panasonic service is not good, what are your views on this , and lastly did the installation team did vaccum your machine while installing it. Thankyou once again
