Marami kasing teacher na di po talaga teacher. Bali ibang course yung degree at kumuha lang ng 18 units sa education at maka board exam. Iba pa rin yung talagang education graduate dahil May major subjects siya na yun talaga yung ituturo niya at vocation niya talaga na magiging teacher at Hindi dahil Hindi makayanan ng trabaho sa kanyang degree kaya nag teacher.

@@EckonOmyst-jv1ro kung papaano naturuan yung mga teachers nung sila ay nag-aaral pa yun din ang ginagawa nilang style ng pagtuturo. Dapat mag-invest din ang DepEd sa training ng mga teacher. Pero ang mga trainers dapat yung galing sa mga bansa na mataas ang quality of education. Kasi kung ang trainers lang din ay mga Pinoy na namulat sa Filipino style ng pagtuturo, walang din saysay ang magiging training nila.
