Im French Filipino, i work in the restaurant, bar and production industries. I create food and travel content.

How did you get into youtube?
I've always loved making food videos and that's how it started. KZfaq starts off as a passion. Dont get into it if you are looking to make it your job. It doesn't work that way :)
Why arent you on TV?
Because the internet is easier and its free for you guys hahaha! Also we are currently working on producing TV shows ourselves and i have some TV shows floating around.

I tried it...since no taco powder available...i used taco seasoning sauce and worked just perfect...little sugar and its THE BOMB!!! Thanks..now i can have pancake house tacos anytime!!! 😊

Nice guess sir erwan. Hahaha. Our fried tacos at Panckae house are from corn chips. You missed the cumin powder on the taco meat, and the salsa we keep the seeds of the tomato and tossed together with vinegar at tomato ketchup. Not with the shredded romaine! :)

Hi Erwan,. I'm hoping the protein used in the recipe can be substituted for alternate protein source. I manage Gout and I avoid beef since it triggers flare ups for me quite fast. Hoping to try the meat mixture with ground pork or chicken or maybe TVP. Thinking of the mixture for a soft taco variant vs the frief shell. Love ur content! Keep up the great effort!

I made a wrapper... supposedly for shawarma night with my fam, but the wrapper turned to crisp, like biscuit-ty type. I didn't even fried that one. my stepdad told me it could be great for tacos. I might use that version and will apply the filling that you just did ^^
