Around 300 to 350 works for pancakes.

@TADD29 Thank you so much, I'll try it tomorrow, I got the Weber flattop insert for the Genesis gas grill and have been mainly using it for smashburgers. Promised breakfast for tomorrow. Will let you know how it all goes :)
