Panda Bao Bao returned from overseas and her Chinese caretakers

As friendship ambassadors, some #Chinese pandas are presented to countries around the world. After these giant #pandas go back home, they have to adapt to the new life under the care of Chinese researchers and #zoo keepers. Bao Bao is among these returned pandas from overseas. Here is the story of her and her Chinese caretakers.

I'm kinda worried about FuBao to be sent back to the panda base coz she's spoiled rotten by her Grandpa Kang & little grandpa Song whom the only two keepers she trusted the most but she's smart & i trust Keeper Kang to help FuBao have an easy adjustment & strong survival skills too. Until that day come for FuBao, her parent's LeBao & AiBao return home too, i wish nothing but good health & happiness for them. 😊

@@andreayoon1096 Yeah. The 2 Grandpa did brought up Fu Bao amazingly well & Fu Bao giving back all that love, passion & dedication to them by adapting & living well.. 😊

And now, Fubao is in bad shape since moving to China. The food quality is bad, and there's not enough trees to play. Good job

Just to clarify, Liu Juan, the female caretaker in the centre was once the caretaker of Yuan Xin and Hua Ni, which is the current LeBao and AiBao. She even followed them to Korea to help the Giant Pandas to adapt with their new life there. And then, Giant Pandas need to be separated at certain age not just because of their wild habits but also the needs of reproductive. Giant Pandas are solitary animals, only under certain situations, they would live together under human care. However, wild giant pandas would chase away their offspring when they reached certain ages and then they will live in their own territory. If you really love and care about Giant Pandas, please do more research and watch more beneficial documentaries before leaving any judgemental comments because it can hurt someone who spent their whole lives taking care these cuties.

yes, you are right she did take care of lebao and aibao. but the center needs to take more caution on the pandas going back to china. Fubao is so damaged. every time i see her, i still see her marks of abuse. i don't think its just about fubao, other pandas that went back , some of them were abused too. very sad. hope it won't have to happen anymore.

only saw this now but Papa Panda when he spoke about Xiang Xiang, he tried to put on a smile but his eyes were still hurt... so much. he truly loves and cares for Xiang Xiang even now

She’s in one of the Wolong bases. I know she had twins this year. Are they both males? Heard that she’s nursing one herself and the other’s with a foster mom.

Bao bao is the daughter of Meixang & Tiantian. Sister of XiaoQiji.

Precisely,you modify the habitat and behaviour ofwild pandas and it would be sad for the Mother Pandas,their Cubs and Caretakers if you separate them! Perhaps better stop the Panda diplomacy and let the cub live with their mother until nature decides they need to be separated otherwise human should not intervene to physically separate them and depress them!

The Chinese man named zhang in the video, is that bad guy zhangxin who tortured Aibao before, right? It is said that his uncle is the "big man" at the panda base so he is supported.😟
