Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
Ingredients:
• Besan - 1.5 cups
• Salt - to taste
• Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
• Water - 1 cup
For Stuffing,
• Paneer - 1 cup (grated)
• Processed
Cheese - 1 cup (grated)
• Mozzarella
Cheese - 1/2 cup (grated)
• Chopped Green Chilies - 1 tsp
• Chopped Capsicum - 2 to 3 tsp
• Garam Masala - 1 to 2 tsp
• Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
• Mayonnaise - 3 tsp
• Salt - to taste
• Chopped Coriander - 3 tsp
• Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
• Sandwich Bread
• Oil to fry
