PANEER MANCHURIAN DOSA RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
* Vegetable Oil
* Chopped Garlic
* Chopped Ginger
* Sliced Onion
* Sliced Capsicum
* Schezwan Sauce
* Salt
* Black Pepper
* Sugar
* Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
* Soya Sauce
* Spring Onion
* Fried Paneer Cubes
* Garnished with chopped Green Coriander, sliced Cabbage & Carrot
Once the above is cooked, it is filled in a dosa, rolled & served.
IYENGAR SIZZLER DOSA RECIPE:
* Dosa freshly made
* Mint Chutney & Red Chutney
* Biryani Rice
* Mashed Potato Masala (lightly spiced)
* Grated Cheese
* Green Coriander
The above dosa is rolled, cut into pieces and then arranged on a bed of sliced Cabbage & Carrot which sits in the "sizzler hot plate" (the hot sizzler plate already heated to a very high heat on the stove)
Finally Ghee is drizzled onto the prepared sizzler hotplate; which accentuates the smokey visual/audible experience for the waiting customer...
Please note that the Iyengar Sizzler Dosa is a "special item" not on the restaurant menu so if you visit the restaurant you will have to ask for it.

RAVA MASALA DOSA BATTER RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

Rava Batter does not need to be fermented and can be used straight away.
Rava Dosas have a crispier bite due to the addition of semolina in the batter.

Just in case you didn't know, Masala Dosa is an ubiquitous and very popular food in restaurants & Indian street food stalls in India. The (eggless) dosa batter for which is made of fermented Rice, Urad Dal & Fenugreek Seeds), which is then predominantly cooked on a hot griddle (in a very similar way to a French Crepe Suzette or Galette or even a Chinese Jian Bing) until it's crispy.
