Paneer Salt & Pepper

Ingredient Quantity
Paneer 250 gm
Crushed Black pepper 2 tsp + 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp + 1 tsp
Salt to taste + to taste
Refined flour 2 tbsp
Corn starch 2 tbsp
Oil for frying + 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Green chilli chopped 2-3 nos
Coriander stem 1 ½ tbsp
Capsicum cubes ½ nos
Onion cubes 1 nos
Soya sauce ¼ tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Spring onion 2 tbsp
Method :
1. Take a paneer block , cut it into small cubes , add it in a bowl.
2. Now add black pepper , chaat masala , salt , refined flour , corn starch , toss and mix it well .
3. Meanwhile remove excess coating using strainer from the coated paneer place it in a plate .
4. Simultaneously heat oil in a kadhai , add paneer and allow it to fry until golden and crisp, stir occasionally .
5. Once its fried as required transfer it in a plate .
6. Now heat a wok , add oil , garlic ,ginger , green chilli , coriander stems and sauté it well for 1 min.
7. Now add pepper , chaat masala ,salt , give a nice stir .
8. Now add capsicum cubes , onion cubes and sauté it well for 2 mins on high flame .
9. Now add fried paneer , soya sauce , vinegar and toss it well .
10. Now add spring onion , mix it well .
11. Transfer it in a serving plate .
12. Serve hot .
