3 tbsp Maida flour (or) Wheat flour,
1tbsp Oil,
Salt as taste,
Add Water,
Knead well and Soak 20 mins

Mint Pani (Thekka Pani) Making process :-

1 tsp Cumin seeds,
1 tsp Coriander seeds,
Roast well...
Mint Leaves,
Coriander Leaves,
1 inch Ginger,
2 Green Chillies,
Add water
Blend well ...
Pani Making:-
Mint paste,
Tamarind water (50 grm +150 ml water)
1tsp Chaat masala,
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1/4 Asafoetida powder
20 grms Boondhi,,
Salt as taste,
Add Cold Water
Potato Peas Masala making process:-

2 Potatoes Boiled & smash,
1 cup White peas (3 to 4 hrs Soak & Boiled)
1 tsp Chaat masala,
1 Onion chopped,
Coriander leaves chopped,
1/2 cumin powder,

1/2 Chilli powder,
3 tbsp Pani,
