This conversation explores how artists and institutions can work together with compassion to instigate change to enable equity and access. Moesby and Crawshaw explore artistic and curatorial strategies for working with institutions, sharing different approaches to making change from the outside and in, whilst embedding care in the middle. We gain insight into practical mechanisms for improving equity and access within visual arts in Leeds.
