The ICC can come anytime at our country. Normally, a protocol had to be done with any of our government counterpart or a courtesy calls be made, yet the ICC can come anytime as a private individual besides they have no persona non grata identity. Why then shoud Mr. Bato be frightened to face the consequence of his drug operations? It is rather manly for him to accept his fate under the sun.

Agree! You should not be bothered so long as a person didn't commit any wrong doing. But, in this case Bato or even Duterte are worried of ICC presence in our country. Clearly, they are guilty of something. Issuance of Warrant of arrest to them are not enforceable in our country since we are not a member however it can be enforced outside of our country. This will limit their travel to other countries.

This is a very simple equation. If there are no guilty parties during the perceived questionable enforcement to stop the floodgates of drug proliferation in the Philippines which may have been tainted by extrajudicial killings, then absolutely let the ICC take the reins and allow the thorough investigation and collect indisputable evidentiary data to clear the air and seek the benefit of establishing the truth. No more just complaining about the past. Actively mobilize the present to excavate any wrongdoing of the past.
