[ Serves- 4 people]
for sarson ka saag -
✔️1 bunch of Sarson
✔️1/2 Bunch spinach
✔️1/4 bunch bathua ( winter green)
✔️2 green chilli
✔️1inch ginger piece
✔️8-10 garlic cloves
✔️ salt to taste
✔️1cup water
for tadka -
✔️3 tbsp ghee
✔️1 tsp jeera ( cumin seeds)
✔️ pinch of Hing
✔️1/4 tsp turmeric powder
✔️1 tsp coriander powder
✔️1 tsp red chilli powder
✔️3-4 whole red chilli
for makke ki roti -
✔️2 cup makke ka aata
✔️ Salt to taste
✔️ luke warm water for making dough
SERVE WITH BUTTER AND JAGGERY
