Assuming construction has balconies (unlike in the described example where outer pillars and walls are right on the compound wall), should we consider only space between walls and outer pillars or should we consider the total roof area (with balconies included) for defining the constructed area center?

Thank you 1st then I have a question that when we see barchart to balance & try to overcome the large baar area by colours but if small baar area already enlarged by right colours( because mostly all houses are painted already by different colours)&same in reverse condition how we check them & correct the balance

Sir, my plot is slightly tilted plot. Though it is east facing, but it is slightly North East facing facing plot. Then how can I construct my home? More over my plot is slightly larger. Sir if we have a naksha in which full area is constructed & in current days most of the houses &row houses have infront half side used as parking &another half is a room /hall . Then how we take the centre of house & if the parking area may be personal or used by others also pls 🙏 give suggestions for both parking conditions
