Salamat po Sir Chef. Dahil sa inyo ay mas enganyo ako na mag practice magluto. Mga corn beef at sardinas lng kasi ang aking ni luluto. Napaka galing mo rin mag explain dahil pinapaliwanag mo kung vakit mo yun ginagawa. Katulad kung pnan fried muna ang manok. Thank you and God Bless.

In my Puchero recipe, i used to fry my banana & potato...try it once & you will like it more.. I even prefer to put banana catsup rather than fresh potato or tomato sauce.. Add lil brown augar when needed to satisfy its delish taste ..yummy really!!!
