Fujitsu had already been kicked out of the NHS "The Fujitsu Connecting for Health contract was part of the £12bn NHS national programme for IT, large parts of which have had to be abandoned at a cost estimated by the National Audit Office to be £2.7bn". Yet Fujitsu sued the Department of Health and 10 years ago walked away with over £600m. I guess the difference with the NHS system, was that the NHS users weren't considered small and insignificant enough to be crushed into silence.
