This was the cassette that a HS buddy just happened to sneak into the tape player in the weight room back in 1994, my Junior yr of HS....and the rest is history! Me, a Mexican dude who usually listened to oldies n hip-hop and who's only experience w rock was classic rock, I wasn't too fond of the heavier shit. But as soon as I heard this song come on I swear I felt stronger and I vividly recall asking my buddy "bro, what cassette did you just put in the tape player?" From that day on I became a Pantera fan and a metal head!

Type O and Pantera were band brothers 🤘🏽🖤🖤 I saw them at the Coral Sky Ampitheater (Cruzan Ampitheater) 97 with Deftones who only had one album at the time. Neurosis,Machine Head,Fear Factory,Black Sabbath and Ozzy of coarse and..... oh Powerman 5000. Got my ticket stub framed lol Epic Fukin day to say the least. Ozzfest

Great reaction!! I remember when a hear this song actually was the first song of Pantera that i hear when a friend of my dad put me the vulgar display of power álbum on his car on the 2001 when a have 13 years and i listen limp bizkit and Korn like my favorites on that time... When i hear that power machine called Pantera my all World was expanded! i can believed that a band actually sound like that, was mind blowing🤯🤯 and when i discover that all that heavyness come for only 3 musicians i was on shock they become my favorite band until this days... Thanks for your reactions and i hope to see more of Pantera (and Babymetal xD)

I listened to this when I was a teenager in the 90's. Back then I enjoyed it and adults hated it.......now I get to see adults enjoying it. Cool!!

Lyrically this is one of my favorite Pantera songs. It’s also one of the best opening tracks to an album ever! Love Kel’s reaction in particular because you can feel her really enjoying everything about this song. Makes me miss Vinny and Dime so much. #painintheask is gonna ask for Battlecross - Man Of Stone and Sylosis - Altered states Of Conciousness ! Keep up the great work you two! Love and respect

Pantera, from my hometown Dallas Texas. I used to see Pantera play all over the D/FW Metroplex. Some friends of mine used to open for them in the clubs around the area.

Who else when after this song ended immediately heard the intro to This Love in their head? Very rarely are there band’s and their songs that in which right after the song is over in the reaction video I immediately go to that album and start listening to it from start to finish. Pantera is one of those bands!!

Still one of the best LPs ever released in this Genre.Released 1992 and it still kicks Ass !....i saw them on their Promotion Tour for the LP and it just blew me away.Hardest Moshpits at that time.They supported Megadeth but the winner of that Evening was surely clear !

Try to think of Mouth For War in this context for Pantera fans. Back in the day, this was the 1st song on the VDOP record which was the follow up to Cowboys From Hell. This is THE 1st song you hear and it only gets harder and harder from there. No wonder my chiropractor makes $$ of me. LOL!

Rich & Kel #SKAOOSH - Check out 5 Minutes Alone from Pantera . i grew up in East TX and used to go see them in Houston about twice a Month . They ALWAYS brought the House Down . Got to drink and party with them several times and it was HARD CORE as their Music . The Bar was Called BackStage on hwy 59 South for any other Texas subscribers . This was before Cowboys From Hell broke wide and they started playing Stadiums .
