After some requests, here it is!
Learned 100% by ear. I improved some parts, the most accurate note by note tutorial of this solo you will find on the internet!
My final playing is not 100% accurate but you get an idea how it should sound.
Pay attention to the tremolo motion and where to use it correctly.
Sorry for the shitty tabs, I made them with a free online tab maker, I hope you understand them.
Obviously edited at 3:23 because I played extra notes while recording (and it was x100 easier to edit it than record the whole thing again), just listen and look at the tabs if you get confused by that.

I seem to just alternate pick everything - but I still cant play this at normal speed. Would you highly recommend your method with the sweep picking that you do ?

If you are talking about using economy picking to play this solo, I believe there is no ''right way'' to pick notes, you can see I use a mix of economy and alternate picking, depends on what type of sound you want to get, and what seems more efficient to you, Dimebag used a mix of alternate and legatos, his picking had a kind of Paul Gilbert style, I would recommend to try differents way to play it and see what sound and feel the best for you, althoug I really recommend to learn this technique to every situation, so my answer to that is a ''yes'' hahahaha

I appreciate your reply. I can alternate pick this but also add a lot of of hammer on/pull-offs in the mix so that I can get close to the speed of the solo but I find when I do this the clarity of the sound is lacking and the legato (i.e. the flow of sound with regular pitch). That's why Ide prefer to pick most of the notes- as you do. I'll try to find some sweep picking exercises on You tube. thanks for your help ! I will look into Paul Gilbert picking style too.
