This week a special guest joins us to check out a brand new place called Pantoburg. Established in 2024. They just started serving a burger lunch the day before we showed up, so we all ordered their bacon cheeseburger, made with 100% Koshu beef.

Awesome seeing JD make an appearance for the finale! Those burgers looked great and that cheese sounded amazing! Not sure if I’ve had a melty mozzarella on a burger before! Can’t wait to see what burger gets chosen for recreating :)

Those burgers look amazing! Can't believe season 7 is over already. (Except for the vote for the do it yourself burger😁). This has been one of my favorite seasons so far.

Nice way to wrap up the scoring episodes of season 7. Good to see JD made it out alive. Haha The burger looked great. I love it when a place has their own signature sauce. Maybe they would benefit from that instead of going the multi sauce route.

Still a great intro reel. The Chef did a great presentation of the Koshu Beef Bacon Cheeseburger sets, everything looks on point. A neapolitan shake would be tasty with a burger. Bonus, the patty is juicy, like they didn't squish all the juices out to make the patty cook faster. Lightly grilled buns add some texture, plus honey mustard is tasty compliment for the thick slab bacon. We would remake that next bbq. Great review!😎👍

Yes! Everything looked amazing here. And yeah, honey mustard went well with that type of bacon ---which was maybe the biggest slice I've ever seen👍

Suggestion: Next season of Burger Brothers, add a fourth category for "Ambiance" or just how nice the place is, and is it a pleasant place to eat. I mean good food is only good for takeout if the restaurant is a dump

Yeah, the first season we started ranking with actual scores we did have a category for that ---but it kinda caused problems when we visited a food truck in a vacant parking lot, so decided to drop it and just mention atmosphere and extra things we liked without actually scoring them....

The cheese was so perfectly melted. I think pepper jack would have been even better than mozzarella. It's too bad the bacon isn't better over there, bacon must be crispy, I would have deducted points for that for sure. Even so, it looked like a good burger. Man, those milkshakes looked amazing though!

Thanks, Insta may be the easiest. We actually shot a couple of videos in Kanagawa last season, so not sure we'll be back anytime soon. Next season we're heading north, but things may change...
