Күн бұрынHey there! I'm attempting to complete a painting challenge of 100 postcards before I leave for an Artist Residency! Here are the first 5 postcards, as well as a walk through of what I focused on with each challenge.

Would acrylic paints work just as well as gouache?

Acrylics should be just fine! In the end, the only issue that might happen is the acrylics not fully adhering to the surface. But the acryl gouache does the same thing which is why I could scrape it back off with a toothpick! 😁👍🏼

how this makes sense? and original color´s pantone is completely covered...

Not completely. Each original color is visible in every card I painted. Sometimes it was prominent, sometimes it wasn't
