Hi Paolo can you do a “day in life with highschool student!” I’ve always wanted to see how a regular Japanese high schoolers life is in a POV! Thank you I love your videos so much!!!
@PiyushBhakat3 жыл бұрын
Exactly! I feel like a lot of the Japanese school videos on here posted by foreign exchange students tend to provide a rosy picture of what it's actually like. In reality, most of them study for long hours, the curriculum is more difficult and advanced compared to the West and not to mention, almost everyone attends juku (cram school) after school.

I love those old streets that preserve the original architectural style. Just wandering around there, you really feel like you’ve been transported to another era. Something that Japan really does well. My area (Ise city in Mie prefecture) has a seriously impressive old street/ neighborhood like this: Okageyoko-cho, near Ise Grand Shrine. Check it out if you’re in central Japan. Kp!🍻

We did this on our last day of our Japan trip, and thought it would be a great place to stay and not be in a rush for the departure flight early the next morning. We stayed at Wakamatsu Honten and it was literally one of the most awesome moments of our entire trip. The walking street is old school, quiet, and yet plenty of things to see and do, shops to wander into, street food, out of the way temples, etc. Wakamatsu Honten is not cheap but a great Japanese Inn experience with onsen, and in room dinner and breakfast. The next morning after a great breakfast and last trip to the onsen, it was an easy arrival at Narita for the flight out.

Hello Paolo, my name is Paulina and I am a 21 year old woman from Mexico City. I have watched all your videos since you were practically starting your KZfaq career and I'm mesmerized with your work, with the little glimpses that you show us of beautiful Japan. Since I was 10 years old I have always wanted to move to Japan, but I just didn't have the means. I have been trying to contact you in other places but I just can't seem to get to you. I just wanted to talk to you because I really want help, I don't want to let my dream die and whenever I see your videos they're a reminder that I can make it. You are quite an inspiration for me, please, if you would just grant me 10 minutes of your time, I will appreciate it with my entire life. Thank you so much and continue smiling that nice smile you and you beautiful wife have. Greetings from Mexico!

Thank you for doing such a great video for Narita-san. I think this is much needed. I had a few instances that I had an overnight connection at Narita airport, or extra time after a business trip before my flight and found Narita-san by accident. Nartia-san is a great but often forgotten place to visit. It's great for a half-day visit and a quick train ride from Narita airport but it works best if you check out of your hotel by 10am and have a night flight.
