Eli Jaxon-Bear's search ended when he was drawn to India (1990) where he met his final teacher, Sri H.W.L Poonja, lovingly known as Papaji; a direct disciple of the renowned Indian Sage Ramana Maharshi.

+om4444 it is such a sweet nectar. the desires of life pale in comparison to this delight. Let the silence be you and let go of the separate one. Let your self concept be observed and seen through. Then you are the Love and the Beloved. This is very strange to talk about.

I never noticed that de-light literally means “the opposite of- light” until right now. Thank you for illuminating this to me, Papaji/Leela Foundation/Source/Myself. Partake in the light rather than delighting. ^. ^ I came across Mooji first, and from his influence I came to an integration about duality and neutrality I wanted to share on one of his videos. But the comments are disabled so I’ll share it here since I’ve been led here to another auspicious revelation: “The play of duality in the plane of neutrality.” :) *Feeling particularly poetically philosophical.

When these waves of suffering hit me, I feel like the air is drained out of me and I'm suffocating, the ordinary way of breathing can't relieve this spiritual asphyxiation, I have to find a new way of breathing. Its like all the things I unconsciously cling onto are heated in a fire so clinging to anything burns me, so I'm forced to let go. In this state of suffering, I'm forced to let go of all these egoic ideas, beliefs and desires and with them this unconscious identification with the ego. Please God allow me to awaken from this egoic, awaken to the awareness of unity with all that is.

Dominic F. Self Realisation is the Starting point of reality! to realise the Self, is to BECOME the Self, our true Self, The Spirit! which we are, but is also what we must BECOME! becoming IS the Point! Sahaja yoga is different from other yoga's, because it STARTS with Self Realisation! instead of that being an unobtainable goal of a false practice /ritual! sahaja yoga is never ritualistic, but is a protocol! sahaja yoga is a 'Living ' process, how can you pay a seed to sprout!

valérie polin its all to do with our attention! where our attention is, that is the point! we must cross this mind, which is just a myth anyway! we are the pure Spirit, (the true 'Self' which is innocence, its the witness, the witness of this ego and these conditionings, we become 'Detatched' and thus 'Matter' can dominate us, no more! Self Realisation is the starting point of reality! 'Yoga' is our attention, going to the Spirit and its the Kundalini, that takes it there!

Dominic F. we only suffer because our attention is identified with our superego (these conditionings) which come from the past, but we are not this past, we are the pure Spirit, which is eternal, its present, but allow we are the Spiri5, we have also got to become the Spirit, also! this ALL the Scriptures have said this same thing! and now it can be achieved effortlessly, because the Sahrasara of the virata, has now been opened on a collective level! setting a new stage of our evolution, where we become 'Collectively Conscious' search 'Shri Mataji Self Realisation '

Brian probably it could be useful to read "who am I?" of Raman Maharshi. It is available in internet in more that 80 language and dose not cost anything except attention. listening audio book of Who am I ? in the beginning of my meditation has been greatly rewarding.

If their are states of consciousness that create depression,with the corollary chemicals that propagate in the brain in TOXIC LEVELS.The same can be said of the SATTWA,PEACEFILLED SAMADHI/BLISSFULL STATES OF AWARENESS & the bodies chemistry that compliment,s these positive states of CONSCIOUSNESS.

Papaji was disciple of Bhagwan Shree Ramana Maharshi. During last 400 years no Guru Like Ramana did not born. Any true enlightened person in 20 and 21 century can not remain untouched from lessons of Ramana Maharshi . people from any religion were and are his followers. Mahesh yogi was a Hatha Yogi. Ramana was a Raaj yogi. Good bless you.

Nepal Ham but what have you achieved from following this so called 'guru'? to seek the truth, discretion is needed! blund faith in anything, only takes us to fanaticism! okay yeah you are right, wrong fella, but still a rakshasa, none the less! to find the truth, discretion is needed, because following falsehood, doesn't take us there....not in a million years!
