Chai ke saath khaane ke liye Mung Dal kaa itna swaadisht aur unique nashta pehele kabhi nahi banaya hoga! :)
INGREDIENTS FOR THIS RECIPE :
===== मूंग दाल की पुरियां =====
आटा - १ कप
नमक - १/२ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/४ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १ चुटकी
अजवाइन - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - १ चम्मच
मूंग दाल - १ कप (२५० ग्राम) (४ घंटे तक भीगी हुई)
धनिया दाना - १ छोटा चम्मच
अदरक - १ इन्च
हरी मिर्च - २, बारीक कटी हुई
धनिया के पत्ते - १ चम्मच
हरा प्याज (कटा हुआ) - १/२ कप
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - तलने अनुसार
===== धनिये की चटनी =====
धनिया के पत्ते - १ कप
हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई
अदरक - १/२ इन्च
लहसुन - ३ कलियां
नमक - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
काला नमक - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
भूना जीरा पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
भुजिया - १ चम्मच
चीनी - १ छोटा चम्मच
बरफ़ - ६ से ८ क्यूब्स
(ENGLISH)
===== Mung Dal Puri =====
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt - ½ + ½ tsp
Red Chilli powder - ¼ + ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Ajwain - ¼ tsp
Edible Oil - 1 table spoon
Mung bean - 1 cup (200 gm) (soaked for 4 hours)
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Coriander leaves - 1 table spoon
Spring Onion (chopped) - ½ cup
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Edible Oil - to fry
===== Coriander leaves chutney =====
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Ginger - ½ inch
Garlic - 3 cloves
Salt - ¼ tsp
Black Salt - ¼ tsp
Roasted Cumin powder - ½ tsp
Bhujiya - 1 table spoon
Sugar - 1 tsp
Ice - 6 to 8 cubes
