PANEER - 100 GM
SALT - ½ + 1 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER - ½ + 1.5 TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER - ½ + 1.5 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS - ½ + 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - 1 + 2 PINCH
GARAM MASALA - 1 PINCH
GREEN CHILLI - 2, FINELY CHOPPED + 2, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
CORIANDER LEAVES (CHOPPED)
MAIDA - 3 TABLE SPOON
RAISINS - 8 TO 10
CASHEWS (BROKEN) - 1 TABLE SPOON
EDIBLE OIL - TO FRY
DESI GHEE - 1 + 2 TABLE SPOON
CLOVES - 2 TO 3
CARDAMOM - 4
CINNAMON - 1 INCH
BLACK PEPPER - 8 TO 10
BAY LEAF - 1 LEAF
ONION (MEDIUM) - 1, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 1 TSP
TOMATO (MEDIUM) - 2, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
CASHEWNUT (BROKEN) - ¼ CUP
FOOD CREAM - ¼ CUP
TOMATO KETCHUP/ PUREE - 1 TABLE SPOON
KASURI METHI - 1 TSP
