MEASUREMENTS:
Paper Bow: Cut paper stripe of 6"x 1"
On the both shorter sides Punch in the middle.
On the long side, Line edge of paper at 1.25" and punch (repeat for other side)
then line edge of paper 3" and punch (repeat for other side)
