Not exactly you can actually hit him regardless its just depends on his stance If he jumps around that means that he can be only hit by jump attacks but not by front attacks like a hammer for exampel. And if he is sliding on the grounds its basically the same but reversed.

well I just now fought Mush. I used a Charge and Goombella's Rally Wink strat and with some reflexes and some support from Power Lift and the Power Punch Yogurt it can work to basically OHKO Mush with the Power Bounce Badge

@@Cristian-jb1rs still the combo gets so weak if you increase your defense, with defense plus badges i think it's better to take 5, 4, 3 damage (Master combo) instead of 21, 20, 19, 18 (Mush combo) Also if you equip zaptap instead of defense plus you get 7 damage instead of 24

He’s not an end of game boss. You can fight him at any point after you take care of a trouble for Jolene and wait for messages from both her and Prince Mush, and then you can come back to the Glitz Pit anytime to challenge him. You probably should complete your comeback in the Glitz Pit before doing so, just to get it out of the way.

I just fought this guy, and I got my stuff wrecked.

Mush makes The Master look like a flea when it comes to raw power.

Beat to punch, I recognised his fighting style, definitly a dispicple of the master

YIKES! That’s a LOT a of damage!

Yesterday I though that being fulminated on three turns would make It a lame superboss fight for how easy would be. But this guy ain't fucking around.

I think his full 100-damage combo actually technically makes him even more powerful than even Master 4. I can't think of a Master Quest enemy that can do more damage on 1 turn.

Funny enough, I had a chocolate cake in my inventory for this fight and actually tried that to see if he'd comment or react to it. I was sadly disappointed.

Maybe the real reward for defeating him was the skills you gained to do it

You gotta admit though, if Mario didn't pack literal self revives he would be cooked too. Even outside of that, bro put up one hell of a fight, gotta give him props for giving someone like Mario an actual challenge

​@@jaypeass Maybe I'm coping too much but I still think it's a possibility to give us Luigi's adventure as a DLC for the remake OR as a separate game. Or at least an added Boss fight like the Chapter 4 boss where Luigi switched out his partners and you need to take out all his partners before you can defeat Luigi himself because every time he's down he gets revived by his partners. Best case would be Luigi's quest as a DLC and if you finish it you can fight Luigi in the main game.
