Oil - to deep fry + 1 tbsp
Dry Red Chilli - 8-10 whole
Onion - 1 small, diced
Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
Chat Masala - 1 tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Coriander Leaves - to garnish
