Paper Quilled Miniature Milk Cans That Would Be Perfect for your Farmhouses/Tutorial

These milk cans were so fun to make. I had a hard time stopping lol! I'm using them for my General Store but I think they would also work perfectly with farmhouse decor.

Supplies needed:
quilling tool
needle nose pliers
sanding tool or sand paper, nail file
Wire
copy paper or recycled copy paper
Elmers Glue All or your choice of glue
Gray and metalic silver paint
Gesso
Popsicle sticks or coffee stir sticks(optional)
brown and blk paint (optional)
brown and black chalk pastels (optional)

Oh wow, I just love this quilling technique. And definitely need some of these for the ol' farmhouse. I can see several of them in the barn when I get to building that. I love the oil lamps as well. I want to try to light one up with a chip light. I really want to give this technique another try. I wasn't very good at my first attempt, a few years back, and got a lil discouraged. I'm so glad you are here to share your amazing miniature technique. I absolutely love your channel and all the creations you are making.❤🥰

Thank you so much Jolene! I keep telling myself I need to try lighting up the oil lamps too. I’ve only ever used fairy lights and have never tried lighting just one light fixture. But very soon I’m going to have to move past that fear because I will be using a LED light kit from Evan’s designs for the General Store. 😬 Long ago I saw someone making paper beads. When I tried they didn’t turn out so great. I just kept at it and using them anyway since I was making charms for junk journals at the time. I told someone in the comments recently that maybe try making the strips bigger at first like making beads would help with the practice. It did for me I think. Cant wait to see your barn project when you start it. You have a great weekend!! 🤗

You were right to use super glue on the handles. White, wood or Elmers glue would not have stuck to the metal. Another alternative is to use epoxy glue . I'm also a new subscriber.
