8:25 the cover separating from the spine doesn’t mean the binding is compromised or coming apart. That piece is just glued to the signatures. You can reglue it. But unless the front cover starts separating along the length of the book or pages start pulling out it should be ok.

I keep my most used stickers in a clear binder too. Same size as my Filofax planner. Nice spread ❤️

Strap estimating is hard. Because tabs make a difference and so does using the pen loop. And also knowing what chunk means or looks like or measures. Especially with these crazy thick notebooks/planners. Bummer you aren’t pleased. But maybe moving the pen outside the strap would help? 🤔

I do love the cover. I’m hoping it will still work through the year, but if it doesn’t, I have another I can use the latter half of the year. The quality is fantastic! Moving the pen later on is definitely an option! Thanks for watching! 💕💕💕

@@LifewithLisaAnn the leather will stretch some too. So that may help! I’m working on my first ELG order right now with Colin and the strap is the thing I’m figuring out measurements on because I have tabs but also I put two pens on the loop (just their clips on it) and so I know I need more length. Just figuring out the right adjustment 😝 mines in weeks size though. I’m wrong on a VDS custom in standard with Petra. For my EDC setup. Which I’m loving 🥰

@JustScribble oohhh a custom is definitely the way to go. I will look forward to seeing a video on it when you get it. If I decide to stick with a bound book into 2025, I’ll probably order a custom as well. 😍
