While I know that Papyrus isn't super innocent like the fandom portrays him, but I like to believe he doesn't truly understand Pride, and is saying he's bi because he already loves boys and girls. In fact, I'm surprised he didn't say he was pan, but then again, he might think Frisk meant "frying pan".
