I like that Randy wants to go into weight management. I rather go to someone who has had experience in managing their weight (rather than someone who has it come naturally). Plus it shows one meal isn't going to ruin you forever... it's what you do afterwards that matters. They make such a good team!

True a lot of nutritionists are naturally thin. After eating small and healthy portions they are usually like 16 to 20 on the BMI.

Things that surprised me about Katina: she used to be heavier, she has tattoos, she took a really long break in bike riding I think? and she plays guitar - that surprised me too. Love you guys! Randy seems so nice, like a big teddy bear.

I enjoyed it too. It was interesting Randy pointed out that Katina’s guitars are more than just home decor. I was glad to hear that as I play some guitar myself. Katina, How many years have you been playing guitar? Do you play Rhythm or Lead (or both)? Who are some of your favorite bands? A video about all things music (including the guitar playing) would be interesting future content.
