Hoi4 has tools that lets you commit war crimes in vanilla...
DISCLAIMER - I dont endorse war crimes, all of the things done by the axis powers in real life were awful.

so that you know; the dispersed is better for germany because it gives more bonuses against bombing, but for smaller countries concentrated is better

Concetrated gives more Factory/dockyard outpot and dispursed is less output but your factories get less bomb, and gain more efficiency. For major country's go for dispursed and smaller go for concetrated

Wouldn't it be better the other way around? Since majors have enough factories to just push through the bombing with the extra output while minors have way less civs so they're the ones that want to make sure they don't get bombed?

@@vault6242no, because majors have more factories and don't need the extra output. minor countries usually fight other minors in most scenarios and there is not much bombing involved so you don't need it. majors will probably also be switching equipment more often, and dispersed gives you more efficiency retention, while minors should be more concerned about actually having equipment

The big difference between dispersed and concentrated isn't bombing vulnerability at all (it's a nice bonus). But dispersed gives you retention and production base bonus, which is hella important if you play the long game, research new stuff, switching out production lines, adding new ones. The only countries I can see using concentrated are China and Ethiopia. Let me hear it from the concentrated bois

about the indrusties which you asked at about 1:30 , although i dont really know which is better i go for dispursed when i know my country is or will be big like the ussr or with germany but with countries like greece i go for the concentrated indrusty (when i go democratic) because the country simply has less space. space doesnt even matter but i just do it because it makes more sense that way for me

nukes are not a war crime, at least not in practice. the only time nukes were used, it wasn't considered one even on paper, and if it's used again, then it probably won't matter if it's a war crime or not anyway considering there won't be any international court left to prosecute.

dispursed industry is better if you change youre production a lot and get bombed a lot concentrated industry is better when you dont change youre production line a lot and dont get bombed some examples: Germany should go concentrated because they dont get bombed and usally dont change a lot of production lines Russia should go dispursed because they get bombed a lot UK should go concentraded because they kinda only build air and dont change their production lines
