Flybubble explains how to escape from any small hill when trying to thermal and go cross country. Especially useful for flying sites that face away from the sun, like Devil's Dyke near Brighton in South East England.

Hi Greg, I'm a USA glider pilot and I find your stuff AAA. I've been showing your vids to newbie glass drivers and it really is helping them visualize and trust he forces at work, and that they must go get it to make it happen. Great camera and narration work! Mike in California..

The last time i just got away from a hill with the first weak thermal. Not much lift but later on some nice thermals.
