This chick is awesome. Can tell she’s a professional, I do love the 82nd as far as conventional units go this is as good as it gets man. Being infantry is depressing most days but I catch myself at random times feeling super proud to be here and thats a feeling that will last a lifetime. Worth it

Yeah I can tell you there are some units that fucking suck man. Zero passion, toxic leaders. Complacency is rampant…mostly talking about leg units. The 82nd can’t afford to do that bc they know they will actually deploy consistently

I want to join but I used to have asthma think if I got really buit and healthy they would take me and forget about the asthma in the past.

It's possible. I am a crew chief with an asthmatic history but if it's not currently a problem the flight doc can give you a waiver. Good luck.

childhood asthma is not an issue.

if you used to have asthma, and don't anymore, stay healthy keep training, if its been a while since you had any sypmtoms then I do believe you are in the clear. Just be honest with the doc and tell him that it's been a minute (meaning YEARS) since anything has happened, I think they will let you pass with a waiver...Good luck bro!!

I don’t see any jump wings on her uniform, just aviation wings. So if you aren’t trained to jump and you aren’t on jump status are you a paratrooper? Why is the video titled that?
