@@christianeasley767 you are misinformed. Special operations jump with their combat loadout. We don’t wear bump helmets we wear our actual helmets. The holes in the helmets mean they are non-standard issue non-ballistic bumper helmets. That would not be worn by any combat troop. There are no weapons, ammo or rucksacks all things we would jump with every single jump also I don’t recall ever even hearing about a female PJ or CCT. But that doesn’t mean they don’t exist. Either way this is propaganda footage and not troops doing a real job.

Just because this not static line doesn't make it a halo jump. Halo is from 25k feet. That is combat freefall. You can go to combat freefall if you've got your battalion commander on board. And get accepted into freefall school. Yes, Halo is a part of combat freefall, but it's only taught at the upper echelons. Maybe these guys/gals know how to halo. But they def aren't doing halo in this vid. You don't jump without oxygen in a halo jumps or you'll reach the ground dead. Or atleast you'll get bends. Or nitrogen poisioning. I did my National Service in the British Parachute Regiment in the 1950s. I was and still am not too happy about heights and climbing ladders. But parachuting is different. I could never get enough of it.

My brother was on the USS Oriskany when it cought fire in 1966. He was put ashore with a company of marines and ended up unloading cargo.

Half of those are just at school. Very few in the video are combat troops. It’s just made to look cool.

The T-10 has been gone for years. The T-11 is the standard chute for static line jumps now. And these aren't paratroopers. They're special operators. Paratroopers don't do MFF.
