The problem is that Haiti does not have a strong government with integrity. A project like this is welcome; however, it should not produce negative impact on the environment. It is not only about shipping producing and shipping stuffs overseas, the companies must also invest in the community--building infrastructures, schools, hospitals and decent housing for the community; otherwise, this will be a disaster. La decentralisation c'est la meilleur arme que puisse aider au developpement d'haiti. la seule façon d'eviter que nos pauvres compatriotes laissent haiti pour vivre l'humiliation continue des peuples privés d'esprit de partage..c'est de créer des emploies au niveau de toutes les provences.
