I will try this one! I've been using them sometimes but not for chocolate. But your method seems a little bit better so I will give it a try. It works best for me with the fillings though. Like ganache.

Folding the rectangle paper as a cone shaped without cutting it probably

I'm not sure what butter paper is...it might be similar to wax paper, but was paper will be more difficult to use!
