The main off court reason is lacob being willing to buy enough talent to hide the fact that curry is an avg player with 1 skill. The warriors weren't a dynasty because they lucked into the first ring with a certain core of players, then won 2 thanks to one new player who was better than any core player, and then won a 4th because they turned that one player into a less talented but equally crucial player who would've won fmvp if not for curry's game 4 performance, which wasn't the reason the warriors won that game. You aren't a dynasty if your core players change so much in a short time.
