What do people expect from this unprofessional department. This department is a national disgrace. Failed leadership. Psychopath cops... complete failure!! Never trust anything coming out of this dept.

Not all cops are bad i go to Sussex Tech High school in Sussex county lower Delaware and my resource officer is very nice im tired of hearing all cops are bad most are good maybe now if they want to abolish the police let let criminals and law breakers in our school and have no law order how about that is that what we are ! Police put there lifes on the line everyday some are bad i condemn the bad ones and good ones shouldn't have to be called out like that!

no recruitment is down because not everyone wants to join a govt sanctioned gang. Unlike Delaware state police I respect the bill of rights and don't feel its my job to go around stealing from other people, mindlessly assaulting them, and arresting people just because my feelings were hurt.

Funding???? If they didn't waste it on paid leave they'd have a budget. ...hey um captain I uhh pinched my fingers in my holster ... No problem officer take a paid month for each finger the tax payers don't mind
