Can the child still sponsor while living abroad in our home country !! It’s a bit different situation and if you can please assist on how do we go about applying in our case .. the child will be 21 years old in coming December and all the other sibling all are under 18 can they also be sponsored !!! Hi, my name is Elia and I am US naturalized citizen filling I-130 to petition my dad. He is 68 retired and lives in mexico and worked in the USA for a few months about 11 years ago with a H2B Visa. I have some questions for you if you can help me out please. Form I-130 page1 part 2, #1 Alien registration number. Is this the number I have in my naturalization certificate or is for the green card holders only? Page 4 part 2 employment history: I am been a staying home mom for the las 6 years, now starting a new business but I have no profit yet and I have not finish this year taxes for it, do I put me as a unemployeed/homemaker or business owner even if i can not proof profit? Page 5 part 4 other information about beneficiary, has anyone else ever filed a petition for the beneficiary? Is this an imigrant petition they refer to?
