They are suing the manufacturer of the gun for "bad marketing" or "enticing marketing". a example posted on the lawsuit is that the manufacturer on IG posted when COD released showing off their gun. They're not suing them because he used their guns they are suing because the manufacturer "enticed" him to do it because it's in a game. As a Texan, I pity the families who lost their dearest children in Uvalde. Even though I was never there, it impacted everyone in both my family and the entire country. Wanting to take action for something that could've been avoided is completely understandable. However, Call of Duty had nothing to do with what happened that day. If the families have anyone to blame, it's the police and the government. Plus the idea of video games being able to "teach the youth how to handle firearms" is absurd. All it does is tell them that a gun shoots and kills. There are so many factors that come with guns that would make the possibility of a teen being "trained" to shoot a gun from COD close to none. This is just ridiculous. You had every opportunity to get the country to rally up witg you, and you took the easy way out.

So I live in Texas and I get to see it every time these people want to sue something.
