Ingredients for Karachi Halwa (Bombay Halwa)
(HINDI)
कॉर्नफ्लोर - १ कप (१२५ ग्राम)
चीनी - २ कप (४०० ग्राम)
देशी घी - १/२ कप
नीम्बू का रस - १ छोटा चम्मच
फ़ूड कलर - २ चुटकी
तरबूज के बीज - १ चम्मच
इलाइची पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
केवडा एसेंस - ४ से ५ बूंदें
बदाम पिस्ता (कटे हुए)

(ENGLISH)
Cornflour - 1 cup (125 gm)
Sugar - 2 cup (400 gm)
Desi Ghee - ½ cup
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Food Color - 2 pinch
Watermelon seeds - 1 table spoon
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Kewra essence - 4 to 5 drops
Almonds & Pistachios (chopped)

Bahut hi badiya...my all time favourite since childhood...aaj bhi I hv a spl liking for this...dekhne mein hi mazedar hai , lagta tha ki bahut tricky aur mushkil hoga isko banaana , par yeh apne bahut asani se aur acche tips k sath seekhaya hai....ghar par bani cheezein bahut badiya hoti hain...zarur banaungi main isko , jaldi hi....thank u so much for this recepie aunty ji 👍👌🙏🙂⚘⚘
