Aya is a professional Japanese dancer who has been living in France for 13 years now. She has just left the Lion King troupe after 2 years at the Mogador theatre.
Today we meet in her rehearsal studio at the theater to discuss different subjects between France and Japan, and she is going to answer a question that seems very simple but which allows us to talk about many different things: being a Japanese woman in Paris, how does it feel?
Between integration, security and gender relations, we will learn a lot today thanks to Aya who speaks openly about her experience in Paris!
Thanks to Aya for her participation and her outspokenness,
Thanks to Adrien for the framing, the light, the interview setup and the photos!
