Bonjour It's quite similar to inside of the Kyoto townhouse (called MACHIYA) style café. In Japan, Matcha can be obtained in plastic bottle from vending machines. so I have sometimes drank 500 milliliters of matcha through a day. Bonne journée!😃

Yes please do a part 2! I've so enjoyed your matcha themed videos haha and I suggest you try matcha ice cream next - I am yet to try it but my sister raves about how nice the 'soft serve' style matcha ice cream is. The second place you visited in the video with Brian, Matcha Ochaya, seemed to have a great selection of this ice cream in their menu.

I want your first matcha 😮😮😮 the stronger taste the better xD but not bitter.. if it's bitter it's bad quality tea (I think, I'm a tea lover not expert...). Maru I love the place, especially wagashi ...and matcha ! As often your videos make me want to go back to Paris even more 😅 thanks you for the ideas ( ps : as many parts as needed i want to see that 😂)!

Sure, do a part 2! I know that matcha place. A little bit of maple syrup added balances the bitterness very nicely. I also add ginger, turmeric and cinnamon.

Loving your videos! Yes, wouid love to see Part 2. We will be in Paris soon and are staying in the Rue Sainte-Anne area for the second time. Also, have you checked out the Kodawari Ramen restaurants. Not in Rue Sainte-Anne area but a fun experience!
