Singh Classes In 6:37, (2) Product retains it bulk volume - 1/ It means keep shape and dimension of materials after using Freeze drying (FD), is it ? 2/ Why FD couldn't effect changes shape of materials? Second question is that when material freeze in ampulse or vials so how it spread for drying

When we freeze the material which contain water in ampulse and then it contact with radiation heat ,ampulse are sealed then how sublimation occur

Freeze drying is done after filling (before Sealing) the material in final container

Yes that is the range to temp and pressure but exact temp and pressure depends on material
