she was involved in a drug scandal back in 2010, (which I find ridiculous bc it's literally a prescription drug, u can search up the whole story if you don't know), and when she went on roommate, the Korean netizens dug up her old drug scandal and it blew up again. She then left roommate and went on hiatus to "reflect her behaviors", and this was during 2014 their comeback. For a whole year, she made no public appearance at all besides for concerts i believe. During the mama of 2015, she showed up, and people hated her so much for it, saying stuff like why is a criminal on the loose, why would they let a drug user on mama and like plastic monster (for her plastic surgeries). At that point, there's really no way for her to come out again. Minzy was left alone doing nothing while CL is doing her solo and Dara filming dramas, so she left and signed with some other company. Bom may never be able to come back again bc of those stupid netizens, and YG can't put 2ne1 on hold forever so they disband. Now idek what will happen to bom :(
