This edition of Park Food Fest had a distinct focus on Istrian cuisine, featuring a diverse array of local dishes centered around fish, seafood, meat, and wild plants. From noon until evening, the old town harbor and the picturesque Park novigradskih ribara transformed into culinary stages, hosting live cooking performances that delighted food enthusiasts. To complement the culinary journey, a rich selection of NW Istria's white and red wines, along with local craft beers, added the perfect finishing touch.
