The video is about a man named Travis Heinze who got a ticket from a park host for working on his car in a park.
The park host, who lives in the park and works for the Coquille Police Department, saw Travis’s car hood up and approached him. The park host told Travis that he is not allowed to work on his car in the park and called the police.
The police officer who arrived at the scene cited Travis for violating a municipal code that prohibits repairing or servicing a vehicle except for repairs necessitated by an emergency. Travis argued that he was not working on his car and that he only had the hood up because he needed to cook a chicken. However, the police officer did not believe him and gave him a ticket anyway.
The ticket states that Travis violated municipal code 10.1 two point zero four zero, which prohibits parking in a way that is prohibited. The officer explained to Travis that this means that he cannot park and work on his car, even if the car is not running. Travis argued that he was not working on his car, but the officer did not believe him.
Travis also argued that he should not be getting a ticket because he was going to cook his chicken in the park, but the officer told him that cooking is also not allowed in the parking lot. Travis was confused about the rules and regulations of the park, and he did not understand why he was getting a ticket.

Court date 2/9/18. What do I do for this court date? Coquille Municipal Court
Are all parks that have a "camp host," who sleeps on the property, also a camp ground? I see no advertisement that these places are really campgrounds. What does the cop know about the rules for these places that is not made public?
