His vocal quality is unique. I've never heard ANY male singer who sounds like him, who manages to be both so high and so warm-toned at the same time. Seriously, he puts classically-trained countertenors to shame. (And then he'll surprise you with a growl that goes STRAIGHT to the gut.)

The fact that he practiced his vocals alone after hearing V and Jin's training shows how talented he is. He is a star that will always shine bright. No one can dim his light.This made me respect him more. Can't wait for his solo album now that BTS is on a break. Am really looking forward to it.

It was V & Jungkook used to do vocal training and he would begged them for him to trained with them. They didn't let him. So he practiced in his own for hours.

After watching this, I feel that Jimin doesn't get the same breaks or treatment from their company as other members. Maybe it's me but Jimin has so much talent for him to just sit and wait. I hope Jimin breaks that dark cloud and his lovely personality shines super bright as he has always done. Jimin is my favorite of BTS!! His dancing and voice are amazing!

I'm with you on that. For some reason the company seems to be highly neglectful and for a lead vocalist and main dancer you do not see it as lately he's lucky to get 2 lines and is shoved to the back . I have gone back to listening to the older songs because I love his vocals and dance, jimin is to me the one who makes music into an artform because he's able to convey emotions so well into his vocals and he is totally art in motion with his dance with such elegance and grace. Jimin is way too kind sometimes and isn't an attention seeker, so stays back sometimes letting others get the limelight. He definitely is very refined and very mature. I am waiting for his solo so badly as it seems they truly don't utilize his vocals to the fullest at all and I have heard a lot of reactors stress this also.

@@bobbiyoung2935 I can't wait for Jimin's solo album too. JM is truly a star. His voice is very unique and a joy to listen too. And his dancing is full of emotions when watching the group proform. I believe Jimin is learning all he can when he was project manager on Map of the soul 7. Suga said he knew Jimin would be awesome at that. Honestly I think Suga has a plan to help Jimin become more visible to the producers and writers. Just my opinion. 💜💜

@@MommaD87 that is probably so because from debut suga has been jimins guardian angel, and jimin has suga on such a pedestal, he truly adores and admires him.. I had to choose both as my bias because I couldn't choose between them. I hope his album comes out soon, it's sad when such a beautiful voice gets silenced. Thank you for the info...

Jimin is one of the absolute best performers in the industry. His charisma is off the charts. When I think about him not having as much confidence as a couple of the vocalist in the vocal line. It just tells you what a perfectionist he is and how hard he works. I hope he realizes how excellent he is now. He has such a beautiful unique voice. When Suga said that Jimin had the IT FACTOR. It’s so true.

I completely agree. I feel like Jimin doesn’t realise quite what he has so it’s always refreshing to hear other starts recognise that he has the IT factor and relay that message to him. Hopefully, it’s getting through. It says a lot when most friends of the group, other stars and industry people comment on how impressed they are with Jimin and note that he has something special.

Thank you for all your hard work in highlighting our fabulous Jimin. He us a Super Nova in my opinion, the brightest shining star🌟! I have always heard in interviews how Jimin didn't seem to have vocal lessons like the others. Was it because they only thought of him as a dancer? And I often wonder how he came to be Lead Singer? Did he ask to be considered as a vocalist. I don't know how it works with idols in Kpop, and was wondering what your thoughts are on this. I feel Jimin has natural, raw talent when it comes to his vocals, and that combined with his dedication and drive to continuously improve himself makes him outstanding!

@@amytakiguchi4390 Jimin indeed has a natural, raw talent, and we know it because his dad has mentioned that Jimin has been hitting crazy high notes since he was a kid! In the audition, he likely had to sing/rap first and then show how good he is with his dancing (since one of the ex-trainees has said that staff mentioned to them about someone with various dance styles joining them in training). It’s hard to guess why Jimin didn’t get any vocal lessons like the other members, some fans think that since Jimin joined so late, BigHit most likely didn’t have the budget for one more member's activities. There’s also information going around about some staff members/ coaches? not wanting Jimin to debut with BTS, that’s why every month he was threatened to be cut from the team (because of bad dancing??!!), some probably believed he wouldn’t debut, that’s why paying for his activities wasn’t a priority, allegedly. On the other hand, some of the staff or managers definitely saw Jimin’s determination, hard work and natural talent and believed he could hold up to lead vocalist/main dancer standards even if his training was so short and individual (as in he basically trained himself)! We don’t really know the right answer, hopefully he does a tell all book in the future. But one thing’s for sure, nothing came easy for Jimin and nothing was handed to him on a silver spoon, he paved his own way!

Уникальнейший и редкий голос у Чимина, а про хореграфию можно говорить и говорить... Да и по роликам, которые смотрела, он прекрасный человек. Слушаю их концерты постоянно, и пришла к выводу, что в группе три уникальных по тембру и красоте голоса: Чимин, Намджун и Джейхоп. Но Чимин это что-то невероятное. Нисколько не умаляю таланты других мемберов.

No matter what the company says and restricts, the fact that the members acknowledge his talent and try to give Jimin as much chance as they can to make masterpieces, work on his ideas, his songs, melodies, vocals is what makes Jimin's talent more meaningful. Suga especially always wants the world to know that there is more to Jimin than we have seen till date. I am sure the members will find a way in future to bring out everything Jimin has to offer the world. I think more than fans or music lovers they appreciate Jimin's talent much more.

At the bonus part, those studio recordings of him were already beautiful but he still makes it even better during a live performance. With his musicality same in dancing he adapts his execution of the song considering the vibe, his clothes, the message he wanted to convey etc and with his talent he can easily make improvs and adlibs that are tasteful to listen to.

Jimin is just such an extraordinary talent, in a group of incredibly talented young people. He seems to be the total package...dancer, vocals, visuals, emotive, evocative, charming, and charismatic! His personality is so magnetic, to me (any many others). I've watched several of your videos, now, because I can't seem to get enough, and they have not only proven entertaining, and informative, but served to cement Park Ji-min as my ultimate bias. 💜 Thank you so much for your dedication and hard work on these videos!!

I feel like Jimin has barely scratched the surface. He has still so much more to show us. I'm so glad this video shows his different voice ranges and tones. His voice is so attractive and is what makes each song so unique and colourful. He was really underused in the 3 new sounds from Proof album. I can't wait to hear his solo album. Thank you for this video. I thoroughly enjoyed it and you really captured all of Jimin's voice talents. For any new Army out there, this is a great video to watch for a taste of what Jimin's vocals are like.

No cabe duda que Jimin es un elegido, sin entrenamiento vocal y canta asi? mis respetos para el artista, nadie se atreve a hacer lo que Jimin hace, ademas su viz es única, no he escuchado a nadie que cante de todo, con esa naturalidad y precisión, unos cantan pero dejan de baular o bailan y no cantan y a Jimin que les importa ponganlo a que se desgarre en el escenario a hacer lo que los demas no pueden o no quieren, al fin que Jimin se atreve a todo y saben que??? Jimin is my bias from since the first time I heard hIs voice and the way music flow through this body so effortlessly ,I was in love and still is unto this day What’s surprising is tht even without vocal training at that point ,he was and is by far the best vocalist with a unique tone that no other can copy which make him an original If you are having a bad day just listen to jimin solo music u will not regret it Sometimes it’s a shame how little parts he would have in some songs sung by the group But never the less am over the moon for his solo album It will break records and earn him a Grammy ,mark my words just look out , big things will happen in chapter 2

His perseverance paid off. Not having voice lessons before, i don't know what's Hybe reason, he learned on his own. Look at him now, people are looking for his voice in every BTS songs, His songs are doing good on charts esp With You on BB. I know by heart Jimin will soar higher with his upcoming solo album.

Jin, Jungkook, and V all got vocal lessons. Jimin didn't get vocal lessons because his debut wasn't confirmed at that time. At first, BigHit was going to make BTS debut with six members. However, the company felt something wasn't enough with that six members alone, so they decided to recruit one more member belatedly. So Jimin was chosen through the audition. In other words, when Jimin joined BigHit as a trainee, the other six had already been confirmed to debut as BTS. Anyway it's really hard to understand that they neglected their chosen trainee without any lessons. But in just six months our Jiminie, he proves his worth and confirmed his debut as a lead vocalist and main dancer. I think it was possible because it was Jimin. It's almost impossible to survive in such a harsh situation. Jimin is a self made person without any support from company. His role is great in vocal, dance, stage and eye catching...etc. No matter what anyone says, I strongly believe that there is BTS today because of Jimin.
