In this video, I tried to explain, how we fixed the parking brake of the CASE Wheel loader 921C, which was not releasing.

From the wiring that goes to the parking brake plug did they have proper voltage?

I have problem with 621c. Parking brake release switch no action. We bypassed the physical brake for temp fix and worked. But now need to trick to put into gear.... how do we bypass to use gears?

Thanks for asking question, parking brake actuates thorough MCU. Even you remove physically brake, machine will not move, whenever not fix the problem

You can cheat the MCU, by putting the resistor in the circuit of parking brake solenoid.

Thanks for the reply. We tested and have good wires to solenoids. What sensor and resister do we use to trick

Dear it's not a easy work, only programmer know the value of resister who program for MCU.

U know in open circuit resistance is infinity and in short circuit resistance is zero. Between these values programmer chose any value to justify the MCU to judge some thing is missing in the circuit. OK try for experiment, put the resistor which drop 5-15 voltage. Just try, I am not sure it will work or not.

Parking Brake hold flange. (Flange is the front side of transmission). And Service brake hold the four-wheel differentials.

Wawoo thanks big bro for educating us but i also have like the same problem . My wheel loader JCB 456 some time release parking brake and machine move and then parking brake put automatic abruptly machine stop moving . Do u have any idea big brother ?

Thanks bro, check electrical connections, there are lose connection, which are creating a problem.

Bonjour Svp, les roues de devant (case 921c) ne pas. J'ai changé l'orbitrol de direction. Mais le problème persiste. On me dit de purger l'orbitrol. Je ne sais pas comment faire. Que dois-je faire à votre avis svp. Merci bien à vous
